Born and raised in Richland, Josh's journey has taken him to various corners of the United States, including Denver, Colorado, and Mobile, Alabama, where he has left an indelible mark.

Prior to his career in real estate, Josh spent 15 years at the Hanford Site, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and attention to detail. His tenure at one of the nation's most critical nuclear cleanup projects honed his problem-solving skills and instilled in him a strong work ethic.

In 2019, Josh transitioned into the real estate industry, bringing with him a wealth of experience in negotiation, project management, and customer service. He is licensed in both Washington and Alabama, offering his expertise and insights to clients in two distinct markets.

Currently, Josh serves as a trusted real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway, representing clients in Washington State and Alabama.
