As a native of Western Washington, I’ve always had a deep connection to the beauty and charm of our state. From the lush forests of Snohomish County, to the salty air and quiet charm of Ocean Shores, while I have lived and traveled many corners of our state, there’s something truly special about the Yakima Valley that captured my heart and made it the perfect place for my family and me to call home. After years of living in the greater Puget Sound area, we decided to make a big move. The appeal of more sunshine, four distinct seasons, expansive land, and a sense of small-town charm was too good to resist. This decision led us to the Yakima Valley, where we’ve been embracing the beauty of country views, historic homes, and a growing community that welcomes small business.

The Yakima Valley offers the perfect balance of rural beauty and modern convenience. The sunshine here is a welcome change from the often gray skies of the west side, and the distinct seasons bring their own charm — from warm summer evenings to crisp fall days with vibrant colors. As we settled into our new life, it became clear that this area has everything we love: space, fresh air, and a peaceful pace of life that feels both timeless and full of potential. Whether it’s visiting a local farmer’s market or enjoying a meal at a new restaurant, there’s always a new experience to discover. And with its incredible views and historic homes, the Yakima Valley felt like the perfect place to grow roots.

Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My husband and I have bought and sold homes, purchased land for investment, and most recently built our dream home in the Yakima Valley. Through it all, we’ve learned firsthand what it’s like to navigate the ups and downs of real estate transactions, and construction and remodeling.

Before diving into real estate professionally, I worked alongside my husband in our landscaping business, which gave me a deep appreciation for entrepreneurship, the value of curb appeal, and creating client relationships. While raising our family, I ran a successful cosmetic sales business and coached a team of women for nearly two decades. My passion for customer service, professionalism, and helping others succeed in their own ventures has always been at the core of what I do.

These experiences allow me to relate to my clients on a personal level. One of my greatest joys has always been creating a cozy, welcoming home. Outside of work, my family and I love spending time together outdoors. We’ve become passionate about growing our own produce, raising egg-laying chickens, and, of course, playing with our spirited Labradoodle. These activities have deepened my appreciation for the land, space, and lifestyle that come with living in a place like the Yakima Valley.
