I believe great real estate guidance starts with education, honesty, and trust — not pressure.

My passion for real estate began when I purchased my first property and realized how much of the process I had to learn on my own. That experience shaped my commitment to ensuring my clients are fully informed when making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

As a transplant myself, I understand firsthand the challenges that come with moving to a new city. My wife is a physician, which has allowed me to work closely with medical professionals and other relocating professionals. I focus not only on helping clients find the right home, but also on helping them feel confident about the community they’re joining.

In addition to representing buyers and sellers, I’m an active real estate investor with ownership in multiple properties. This gives me a strong, numbers-driven perspective when evaluating opportunities, pricing homes, and negotiating terms — including helping clients save over $30,000 in closing through strategic negotiations.

My approach is relationship-first, transparent, and always tailored to my clients’ goals. I aim to make the process smooth, informative, and even enjoyable — while remaining serious and strategic when it matters most.
