“Turn-key” with me, Dawson Hammermeister, a proud team member of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Central Washington Real Estate. It doesn’t take long to see the many benefits of living here in the Yakima Valley, I’ve learned to love this place and enjoy all it has to offer, like short day trips to the mountains to hike, bike and ski, or down to the lakes and rivers that give opportunity to boat, float, fish and just enjoy the sun... which are many.
My promise to you as your real estate broker is to provide you with the best I have to offer. I understand the work you’ve put in to get to this point and my job is to guide you through your home buying or selling journey to achieve your real estate goals. By lending the skills I have acquired, but most importantly, taking what I've learned through hard work and many days and long evenings spent in orchards, watching and learning how much care, effort and expense that goes into a business, in commercial window washing and lending a hand flipping houses have all taught me how to work with business owners and contractors. I would say most of my experience came while working for an appraiser, where my passion for real estate started, a passion that is no longer a dream, but an opportunity to serve your home buying or selling needs, I’m equipped and ready.
