With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Leah Holbrook has built her business around knowledgeable representation, thoughtful strategy and long-term relationships with her clients. Based in Yakima and serving communities throughout the Yakima Valley and Central Washington, Leah works with buyers and sellers across a wide range of residential real estate, including luxury, historic, acreage, equestrian, investment and distinctive lifestyle properties.

A lifelong connection to the Yakima Valley gives Leah a perspective that extends well beyond real estate. Raised on a working farm, she understands the land, neighborhoods and communities that make this area unique. That local perspective, combined with decades of professional experience, allows her to look beyond the transaction itself—considering property, setting, value and the individual priorities of each client.
